Xiaomi has claimed that its Redmi Note 4 is the bestselling smartphone of this year. Indeed, the mid-ranger is a complete package for entry-level mid-range price. While the phone is already in demand, the company has given it a price cut of INR 1,000. Now the 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM variant can be purchased for INR 9,999 and 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM variant for INR 11,999.
During festive season, Xiaomi was offering these two variants of Redmi Note 4 at these prices but for a limited period of time. Now, as the next series of Redmi smartphones are going to be launched pretty soon, the company has given a permanent price cut to old Redmi Note 4.
Apart from RAM and ROM, rest specifications of these two variants are same. Both have 5.5 inches full HD IPS LCD display and are powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor along with Adreno 506 graphics processing unit. Both have 13 megapixels rear shooter, while a 5MP selfie camera is placed at the front.
Recently, the Redmi Note 4 is also getting MIUI 9 update which brings a lot of new features including split screen. Further, the handset is backed by a big 4,100 mAh battery and comes with fingerprint, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and micro-USB 2.0.
