Xiaomi launched Mi Mix 2s in an event in Shanghai (China) today. Without wasting any minute lets dive into the specs and design.
Xiaomi has done a lot of improvements in the design from the Mi Mix 2. From the front, it looks similar but now the camera is on the back with iPhone like vertical arrangement.
Xiaomi has launched the phone in 3 new variants. The base variant 6GB/64GB is priced at 3299 Yuan (approx Rs 34,200). The mid-variant with 6GB/128GB is priced at 3,599Yuan (approx Rs 37,300) and the top variant with is coming with 8GB/256GB is priced at 3,999Yuan (approx Rs 41,400). But I think Indian price will little lower than this around Rs. 30,000.
Coming to specification Mi Mix 2s flaunts a 5.99-inch full HD+ (2160×1080 pixels) display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. In the front upper body is covered with 2.5D curved glass and 5MP camera on the bottom side of the screen. Mi Mix 2s boast a Snapdragon 845 SoC.
Mi Mix 2s features a dual camera on the back. The setup includes a combination of 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and 12-megapixel telephoto lens also a 5MP front camera. It has included so many features like AI-based scene detection, Portrait Mode, dual-pixel autofocus, 4-axis OIS, optical zoom, and hardware-level multi-frame noise reduction. The camera also features a Sony IMX363 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, and 1.4µm pixels that Xiaomi says lets in 25 percent more light.
This phone boasts a 3400mAH battery just like Mi Mix 2. It is launched in two colors Black and White.
