Samsung Is All Set To Launch The Note 8 And Note 8+ At IFA 2017
According to the latest report, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will feature a large screen size of 6.3 inches. The display would be sported similar to what is seen on the Galaxy S8 and S8+ surfaces with an aspect ration of 18.5:9. This also hints that the home button would be going away. Samsung claims that the aspect ration of 18.5:9 would serve a better video viewing experience. The Note 8 will also be featuring Infinity Display as seen in S8 devices.
Currently, there isn’t much information regarding the screen resolution, but rumors state that the Note8 would come with a 4K display panel. Phone Arena on the other hand, states that the Note 8 would come with the same screen resolution of 1440×2960 as seen in the Galaxy S8 and S8+. We also know that Samsung is trying to mount the fingerprint sensor below the OLED display but failed in their attempts with the S8 and S8+ and mounted it at the rear. We can expect the Note 8 to come with a fingerprint sensor housed below the screen but it’s still a doubtful speculation.
As per the current OS trend, it is understandable that the Note 8 would be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box. On the photography front, the Note 8 would feature a 12 MP wide angle + 13 MP telephoto dual camera setup combination. According to Phone Arena, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is said to be revealed at Berlin IFA 2017 held on September 1 this year.
