Expanding the range of its products, Oppo has launched another smartphone – the Oppo A7x. The smartphone has been launched in China with a price tag of 2,099 Yuan (approx. ₹22,000). Said to be available in two color options – Ice Flame Blue and Star Purple, the handset will be available from the 14th of September. As of now, we have no information when this handset will be launched in India but we expect the company to push it in Indian market pretty soon.
Oppo A7x Specifications and Features
Built around a 6.3 inches full HD+ display with 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 2340×1080 pixels of resolution, the Oppo A7x runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Oppo’s own ColorOS 5.2. It weighs 156.7x74x7.9mm in dimensions and weighs 169 grams.
Under the hood of the Oppo A7x is MediaTek’s Helio P60 SoC which packs an octa-core processor coupled with Mali-G72 MP3 graphics processing unit and 4GB of RAM. The handset comes with 128GB of internal storage which can also be expanded using MicroSD.
Talking about the imaging department, the Oppo A7x features a dual rear camera setup – 16MP + 2MP. It also features 16 megapixels front facing camera for selfies and video calling. Both the front and rear cameras are powered by artificial intelligence.
Coming to the connectivity options, the Oppo A7x has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS and 4G with VoLTE. The handset comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature. Further, it is backed by a 4,230 mAh battery.
