Making a case or a cover for a handset has developed into a huge business in itself. Particularly, cases for high-end devices (Galaxy Note 8, for instance) are looked at with almost equal level of interest. And perhaps the reason for this is that a case can also point towards the actual design of the gadget in question.
Not too far back, the alleged Samsung flagship images were shown with its case. Now, there is another case maker, Nillkin, that has shared an interesting take on the Note 8 design.
What is so interesting about it that we may not know so far? Well, it is all in the front! In the shared image, while the front continues to feature a screen dominant display, it is shown with a difference. The top portion of the phone seems to have large bezel something that we have not seen at all in any Note 8 render previously. However, the sides continue to resemble the Galaxy S8 with bezel-less design and even the bottom part has extremely thin bezel this time around. Of course, the screen is curved at its sides.
This is possibly the first time we have come across a different take on Galaxy Note 8’s screen dominant display. And while it may have mixed reactions, it sure is interesting especially since it comes from one of the case makers. Could there really be any truth in what we are looking at?
The launch is little over a month away and we will know who actually got it right. Keep watching this space for more information.
