Android’s co-founder – Andy Rubin has setup his own company – Essential and now he is ready to launch his first smartphone. Bearing the model number Essential FIH-PM1, the smartphone has been teased by Andy Rubin multiple times.
The Essential FIH-PM1 is scheduled to be launched on 30th of May with no words on pricing. While the official specifications are yet to be revealed, we have got our hands on a listing where its specifications have been leaked.

Talking about the leaked specifications, the handset comes with high-end specifications. It features a 5.5 inch display with a resolution of 2560×1312 pixels and screen ratio of 80:41. It has edge-to-edge display, much like the Xiaomi Mi Mix.
The Essential FIH-PM1 is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. According to the listing, the handset is said to pack 16GB of internal storage which we don’t believe is true. A high-end smartphone generally comes with 64GB of internal storage.
The Essential FIH-PM1 is said to feature a duo of 12 and 8 megapixels shooters placed on the back and front respectively. Further, connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC.
